Recipes for the healthy salads made during the lessons:
Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
- one can of tuna in its own sauce
-2 eggs
-1 tomato
-1 cucumber
-a few leaves of lettuce
-one little onion
-one lemon
-5 spoons of olive oil
-1 tablespoon of mustard
-pepper and salt
-basil and oregano
Directions
Boil the
eggs. Wash the salad, dry it and put on
the plate. Place the pieces of the tune on the salad. Cut the
onion, cucumber, tomato into slices and put on the tuna. Add chopped eggs.Mix lemon
juice, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper and herbs and pour over the salad.
Greek Salad
Ingredients: one cucumber,
2 tomatoes,1 onion, 10 seedless black olives,15dkg of feta cheese,a few leaves of lettuce,3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of wine
vinegar, oregano, pepper and salt.
DirectionsCut the tomatoes into eights, slice the cucumber and anion.
Rinse the salad and place on the plate, add the cut vegetables and sprinkle them with pepper and salt.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes and put them on the top with olives. Add the oregano and olive with the wine vinegar.
Celery with Walnuts and Raisin Salad
Ingredients: one big apple, 1/2 lemon,1/4 head of celery, 1/2glass raisin(8dkg),3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 5-6 walnuts, a few of lettuce, fresh grounded black pepper, cinnamon and salt.
Directions: Blanch the
raisins and celery root. Put the lettuce into the platter. Cut the apple into
cubes and take the seeds out, add celery(cut into thin pieces).
Add the rinsed raisins, chopped walnuts, fresh grounded black pepper,
mayonnaise, cinnamon and salt. Mix everything and put on the plate.
