Renewable energy

Gimnazjum in Juszczyna keeps on teaching students about renewable energy using experience and equipment from the project “Live Healthily in a Healthy Environment”.

Students use models of solar powered windmills to find out how we can get energy from the sun.

Students build a device producing energy from ethanol.

Producing hydrogen
The process of splitting water (H2O) into its atomic components (hydrogen and oxygen) using electricity is known as electrolysis. Hydrogen can be in future a very important source of energy.

To make students more aware of environmental pollution they do themselves an experiment in which they check the level of water pollution.
